We are Web2web, a Spanish company with more than 15 years developing digital solutions for businesses. Beep Time was born as our way of introducing ourselves: if we help you handle your team's time tracking without asking for anything in return, you'll have a real reason to discover our other services. A time-tracking system for every kind of company

Beep Time adapts to the way your team works, not the other way around. Whether your employees work in the office, remotely or in the field, clocking in works from any device — phone, tablet or computer — with a single click. All in compliance with Royal Decree-Law 8/2019 and the working-time recording requirements set out in the Spanish Workers' Statute.

The free software includes browser check-in, clock-in and clock-out records, absence management, work calendar, hours reports and PDF export. For teams that need more, the paid plans add geolocation, check-in zone restrictions, automatic reminders, technical support and, in the Premium plan, an artificial-intelligence assistant and internal chat with video calls.

Beep Time is not an external product that we resell: it is technology developed entirely by our own team. That allows us to maintain, improve and adapt it quickly, without relying on third parties.

All data is hosted on cloud infrastructure located in the European Union, with automatic backups and compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data protection law. Your information and that of your employees is protected and available when you need it, including in the event of an inspection or audit.
